Each Jar stays fresh for up to 7 days without refridgeration. If placed in the fridge, the MUNCH-O In a Jar will last up to 2 weeks, or up to 2 months in the freezer. *Please allow to thaw to room temperature before consuming if placed in the fridge or freezer*
